This debut mini-album makes perhaps the quintessential statement about The Cloud - finding footing in the blend between the electronic and the organic. Between these five songs, that trench is explored on many levels, but always with a strange grip, or at least a firm nod, towards some kind of pop sensibility.

The responsibility of that sensibility shifts from song to song; in one it may be the songwriting that carries everything, and in another the production style holds it together. Nevertheless, a cohesive whole emerges; melodic, complex, warm, and more than listenable.
